Welcome to Fond & Furry. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Because items are personalised and made to order, please check your uploaded photo and details carefully before completing checkout. We may contact you if a photo is unsuitable for printing (e.g. too low-resolution).

Pricing

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate; in the event of an obvious error we will contact you before processing.

Intellectual property & your content

By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and you grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order. All site content (text, design, images we create) remains the property of Fond & Furry.

Delivery & risk

Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, returns & refunds

See our Refund Policy. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
