We want you to absolutely love your pet's portrait. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

Our happiness guarantee

If there's anything wrong with your order — a print issue, a damaged frame, or it simply didn't come out the way you hoped — contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@fondandfurry.co.uk with a photo, and we'll reprint it or refund you. No drama.

Made-to-order & personalised items

Because every portrait is personalised and made to order from your photo, we can't resell returned items, so we don't offer change-of-mind returns once production has started. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
