Frequently asked questions

How does it work?

Choose your size, upload one clear photo of your pet at checkout, and we do the rest. We hand-prepare the artwork, print and frame it in the UK, and ship it ready to hang.

What photo should I send?

A bright, in-focus photo where your pet's face is clearly visible works best. Natural daylight is ideal. If anything's wrong with your photo, we'll email you before printing.

How long does it take?

We dispatch within 3–4 business days, and UK delivery takes a further 2–4 business days — so most orders arrive within 5–8 business days.

What sizes are available?

Small (A4, 21×30cm), Medium (30×40cm) and Large (50×70cm). Medium is our most popular for a single pet.

Is the frame included?

Yes — every portrait comes in a solid wood frame, ready to hang. Nothing extra to buy.

Can I put more than one pet in a portrait?

Right now each portrait features one pet. Want a pair? Email us and we'll help: hello@fondandfurry.co.uk.

What if I don't love it?

Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll reprint or refund. See our Refund Policy.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
